Graduating in October 2008 from a French Graduate Business School in Amiens (Master Degree), I decided in 2006 to spend a year in Australia to discover a new culture and to enlarge my competencies field by doing a Graduate Diploma in international Business in Melbourne. I have several work experiences in marketing, consulting, project management and sales in various industries. Strong from my background, I’m always up for new challenges and looking to combine skills learned from past experience and develop new skills to pursue a career progressing in Australia.
I’m creative, dynamic, hard working, responsible and proactive by nature; I appreciate particularly strategy, international business, relationships as well as business interactions; I’m highly motivated and always invest myself entirely for the projects I’m involved in.
I have now been working since February 2009 as the marketing coordinator in a company specialized in renewable energy solutions for residential, commercial and schools projects. Doing the marketing in such a growing industry is very exciting and fulfiling.
2007 - 2008Main missions:
Being a link between the area managers in Guerlain and the international brand managers
Commercial relations with the brands managers: challenge their product quantity orders; get the maximum of quantitative and qualitative information from them in order to insure transparency and good practice world widely
Create and update business plans of each country with the collected information from brand managers (turnover by door, by line, monthly results, A&P, P&L, return margin, sell out)
Creation of new tools to analyse information easier
Update merchandising panorama with brand managers and the export merchandiser
Checking and challenge of trade plan (i.e. promotion plan) with brand managers
Participation with the area managers in budget exercise

2005 - 2006The junior enterprise (JE) is a professional association managed by students of the school, it works just like a real management consulting organization, but in order to remain in the confederation of French’s business schools junior enterprise, each JE must match some criterion as JE ethical guideline, minimum turnover… In order to prove the quality of our services, we decided to get certified ISO 9001 with the help of KPMG.

2004 - 2005AB’COM is a communication agency based in Amiens specialized in consulting and events organisation. The agency propose several services such as strategic analysis, event’s creation and organisation, operational follow up, results analysis and recommendations. In a group of four, we had 6 months to lead a mission with one full day into the corporation during school week. I was directly reporting to the CEO.

In charge of making the link between the students group, the school administration and AB’COM CEO
Realisation of the agency’s new conference room inauguration
