My background is Manufacturing-Primarily Food, but also including Paper related (Wallcoverings) and Textiles. I have an MBA, and work experience with companies ranging from global multinationals to family run businesses.
I relocated to Canberra in November 2010 and currently work as a Production Manager for a small manufacturing company.

· Broke 3 Production Records For Egg Production in a 2 week period (highest daily/weekly/weekend .

· Generated ideas with team tasked with improving quality-leading to reduction in egg waste (8-4%), product changeovers and clean downs.
· Generated most Safety Observations amongst factory management.
· Improved quality of Wrapper performance and cleandowns through training and adopting 'best practice'.
· Reduced shift absence level from 14 to 4.5% through attendance reviews,return to work interviews and following Occupational Health guidelines.
