Céline Léchappé
French teacher, Monash University, Melbourne-Australia
I gratuaded from Oxford Brookes University (Uk), receiving a Post Graduate Certificate of Education "Teaching French Language to Foreigners". I have extensive language and linguistics experience, especially in the Fields of French and English. I now teach at Monash University, Melbourne and I enjoy working in an international atmosphere which enables the team to share teaching skills and increase the development of creative lessons. This in turns is highly motivating for the students and caters to their individual learning needs and styles.
In my previous teaching positions in Japan and Hungary, I taught a range of students of all French abilities levels, from young children to senior students. My lessons are based on a communicative approach and the use of the target language through a variety of teaching techniques, tasks and activities that make the lesson a real-life situation. Apart from teaching, my duties also involved promoting diversity and enhancing cultural exchanges that contribute to each individual’s development as a global student.
If you require further information on my background, interests and qualifications, please do not hesitate to contact me.
