Role Description:
Management of a team of 5 people based in India and Belgium using scrum methodology. Took over this project in a very poor condition (bugs and performances) and was able to successfully push it to the launch date within a very short-term period. Responsible for the post-launch maintenance project and provided scrum training to the team.

Role Description:
Complete maintenance of classifieds French website. Includes new feature development, support for existing functionality (bug fixes, enhancements) and testing activities.
The main outcome was a successful support of business team responsible for classifieds team with continuous bug fixing, several medium-sized enhancements to the site as well as development of large features.
Managed a team of 5 persons distributed in India and France.
Promoted Scrum master from business analyst after 1 month.

Role Description:
In charge of business and feature requirements analysis for european e-commerce web sites (Yves Rocher Group’s brand) based on the open source framework “Obfiz”.
Promoted project manager of a team of 5, for the knowledge migration project from San Francisco to France offices.
Strongly involved in coding and enhancements of the software modules on customers’ demands. Also ensured the presentation and formation of the tool to end-users.
