Key achievements:

• Designed a simple and fully customizable framework for data acquisition which :
o Strikingly enhanced code quality according to code-review software
o Drastically improved traceability of trades inside the framework
o Was qualified a “major improvement” by the department architect
• Personally handled the migration of 4 financial products to the new acquisition layer, and supervised the migration of 4 others financial products by a team of 3 developers.
• Design built-in performance measurement tools, which enabled to spot bottlenecks and enhance performance by 20%.
• Successfully implemented the EEPE calculation framework, which led to a 30 billion euro decrease in the bank Exposure at Default (EAD).
• Implemented documentation generator software that produces user-friendly HTML documentation from source code, ensuring an ever up-to-date functional documentation. Business analysts were very pleased since it replaced an outdated, technical-oriented documentation.
• Pioneered the use of automated Junit test in the MRP department.
• Key actor in the installation of the CAST code-review software, held training sessions to promote best practices of object-oriented development.
