Mainly focussed on Technical Customer Services, my role is to develop for my organisation a consistent services offer in the areas of Technical Support, Training & Accreditation and Project Management covering various range of IT, electrical and lighting/system automation products.
- Technical Support: Structured L1/L2/L3 support with dedicated escalation process and customer cases tracking system
- Training & Accrediation: Dedicated training frameworks per range of product with certification process and competencies reassessment
- Project Management: Pre-sales technical design, quotations, post sales detailed design, project delivery and management.
Current interest in advanced IP based lighting automation and services solutions for smart homes and buildings, IP metering and Energy Efficiency.
