-Communicate and design client specific process with sales and IT for Key Accounts (formalising processes, tests, inspection processes, training materials.
-Responsible for developing and driving a new service “Sample Selection for Lab & Buyer” throughout the Operation teams
-Involved in the Claim Management: Worked with clients to indentify the root cause, take corrective actions, and implement processes to prevent future mishaps.

-Audit suppliers for JOTUN based on the Norm ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 in India, Dubai, Egypt and Saudi Arabia (36 audits performed).
-Analyse inspectors’ results, reports and claims and propose corrective actions.
-Audit / Train/ Assess inspectors in the field in Shenzhen and Hangzhou:
-Audit JOTUN’ Suppliers in Middle East-India Based on the Norm ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 in India, Dubai, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

-Set up process to capitalize the “Best Practices” and the “Lessons Learned” from Bogies project.
-Set up “Knowledge Management” database
-Create manual support and train project managers
