2011 - 2011This position consisted largely of clerical duties, including invoicing, correspondence, staff management and personal assistant duties to the director. The role requires skills of organization, time management and strong ability to work independently. Its tasks consisted of record maintenance, sales, account keeping, filing, exhibition planning, exhibition catalogue overseeing, advertising strategies, and other duties.
2010 - 2011This position primarily consisted of publicity and organization. The role involved online research and publication as well as maintenance of a website. It included assisting in an administrative capacity of the day to day conduct of gallery affairs. My tasks included research, report writing, communication with various institutions and individuals in regards to gallery matters, database management and update.
2007 - 2008Working within the international executive recruitment firm my tasks mainly consisted of managing the switchboard and the office. I also had responsibilities involving media analysis and database management.
2005 - 2010Working as a part of a small team, my function spanned from typical office work to the initiation and completion of individual and complex projects. Exercising my use of language and experience with media studies I developed a scrupulous and constructive method of research, planning, strategy, working within tight deadlines and often without a team.
2002 - 2004My duties consisted of filing and data entry; I was occasionally put in charge of conducting small statistical projects. This position provided me with insight into the work environment within a corporate atmosphere, also giving me the opportunity to exercise my new skills in communication. Here it was also possible to develop my work ethic and time management skills.
