I am an accomplished and effective communicator, my understanding of Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and Psychology allows me to comprehend peoples’ needs, express myself succinctly and create rapport to ensure that a customer walks away with a smile on their face

I Believe that customer satisfaction is not enough, I choose to provide an experience that exceeds a customer’s expectation and has them not just satisfied, but coming back to be satisfied again. Customer Loyalty is what I aim for.

When I make a commitment, no matter how small, I like to keep it. I choose to be on time every time and always try to follow through with what I say

I am strongly committed to upholding high standards in everything that I do. I believe that cheating and dishonesty are votes of non-confidence in ones own abilities and avoid doing so, even when the opportunity presents itself.

MOTIVATION
I am a self-starter, I am able to raise my own energy levels to achieve any task at hand, to make a personal commitment and create my own reward system to inspire myself to keep moving forward.

Everything I do, I am always looking for ways to improve my performance, constantly creating and refining processes to gain maximum efficacy with minimum effort both for myself and for those around me.

I hold myself accountable for the results that I create. I believe that throwing blame is like throwing mud; it cannot be done without getting it all over you. I create solutions, not problems.

My ability to think forward creatively, and move smoothly from thought to action, allows me to use my flexible and innovative approach to create opportunities out obstacles without compromising my original goals. It also enables me to anticipate and solve problems before they eventuate.

I am always learning, always progressing, always improving. I’m always ready to rise to a challenge. Any lack of knowledge or experience does not hold me back. If I don’t know something, I learn…fast

STRENGTHS:
I have a strong ability to lead others and my communication skills both verbal and non verbal male me a good listener as well as allowing me to effectively exchange ideas. I understand people. I am intelligent and intuitive and am extremely good at thinking out of the box. When I commit to something, it will inevitably happen. I structure my life around my goals, and make choices based on what will move me towards achieving those goals. I also have a very high emotional as well as intellectual quotient. My generalist approach to life has resulted in me having enough knowledge of many different subjects to relate people in almost every field of employment.

WEAKNESSES:
My personal commitment to being my best makes it challenging for me to be satisfied with doing anything at a mediocre level. If not given the opportunity to grow and improve I can lose the passion for what I am doing. I also have a low tolerance for small mindedness and lack of responsibility in both others and myself. Fortunately, I take a communicative approach to this issue and always aim to resolve any issues in a fair and understanding manner.
