• Develop consistent reporting strategies across ITRASS program areas.
• Develop Key Performance Indicators in partnership with Divisional offices and National Office Manager and Team Leaders which incorporate organisational priorities and client needs in service delivery.
• Work closely with Team Leaders across ITRASS programs, identify meaningful data required for each program area.
• Review reporting needs within Divisional Offices, and evaluate how National office can better support and contribute to Divisional needs and increase efficacy.

• Contribute to the process of documenting the ‘Casework model’ used within ITRASS programs with a view to developing evidence-based data for ARC reports and advocacy.
• Coordinate regular and ongoing communication with Divisional focal points through teleconferences and updates.
Key Achievements
• Set up “iTrack”, a comprehensive reporting and performance monitoring system, trained all staff members in 8 states and territories and rolled-out the system in 6 months.
• Played a key role in demonstrating the reporting capabilities of ITRASS and thus securing the funding from the Department of Immigration and Citizenship in developing the database system of the Asylum Seekers Assistance Scheme.
• Managed and coordinated international tracing cases of missing persons after wars and natural disasters.
• Conducted relevant research of the social, cultural and historical facts on areas.
• Liaised with interstate and international colleagues and providing advice on possible search avenues.
• Responsible for the management of database on the National ITRASS Database and mine for statistical data.
• Prepared statistical monthly and quarterly reports on the workload, trend and performance of Australian Red Cross' Tracing and related activities.
• Provided management with statistical input on adhoc basis for news coverage for publicity.
• Prepared procedural guidelines and updates to the National ITRASS Database manual.
• Conduct training for all new staff on the usage of the National ITRASS Database.
• Coordinated meetings between the University and State and Commonwealth Departments such as Foreign Affairs and Trade, and Education, Science and Technology, and Premier and Cabinet.
• Conducted research to match dignitaries and researchers in the areas of expertise.
• Conducted research and prepared briefing papers and other background documents.
• Assisted in the preparation of reports for relevant University committees, including an Annual Report for the International Programs Committee.
Deputy of Violation Reports Sections (70 staff) managing a group of units responsible for traffic infringement processing, warrant enforcement, appeals, reports processing, traffic speed surveillance cameras.

• Organised Violation Reports Section’s premier- Organisational Learning Retreat.

• Initiated action for the Singapore Police Force to provide statutory declaration services.
• Made adjustments for the Criminal Records system to reflect records beyond 10 years.
