Part of the Mobilisation core team, lead SAP implementation and Asset Management of the 350MW KNS Power Station (Siemens and Rolls Royce Trent turbines).

Worked on tender strategy, organisation, and workforce budget.
Aug 09 – Jan 10: Lead Life Cycle strategy case studies for tenders
MAINTENANCE STRATEGIST
Jan - Apr 11: Department of Sustainability and Environment (DSE) project leader
Leaded contracts concerning business case and life cycle asset management strategy.
Sep 08 – Mar 11: Enterprise Asset Management – MERIDIUM
Lead EBLP (Bow-Tie) implementation process for asset maintenance strategy.
(Sep 08 – Jun 09) Managed the life cycle maintenance strategy pilot project.
Dec 07 – Jul 08: Goro Nickel project (Vale – New Caledonia)
Leaded and delivered the Ellipse Maintenance training (user guides, training manuals, initial training, followed the training program for +/- 600 people); developed the Planner handbook.

Implemented Knowledge Management tool for the Asset Effectiveness Group.

2005 - 2007MRB MANAGER
Created SLCA MRB cell (organisation, process and procedures).
Managed the MRB group and provided weekly reports to the Board.
Managed MRB concession requests; each concession is a project
As MRB manager, participate to the Suppliers Cost Refund commission; Non-quality Cost commission; continuous improvement for MRB, repairs and production, processes.
Key achievements:
Developed new MRB process which reduced cost and treatment significantly.
Re-established good relationship/partnership between MRB and SCLA departments or suppliers.

1_ AS/EN 9100 team
Implementation: member of the process design, process implementation and certification audit.
Ongoing: management review member.
Implemented and managed the external documentation system used by all departments.

Implemented and managed external documentation database.
First SLCA certification; received special recognition from the auditor, BVQI, for the external document management process
2_ Project Manager - SAP
SAP project manager:
Analysed and configured SAP processes with the team.
Produced engineering data and transfer rules.
Managed the traceability process team which was responsible to rewrite traceability process for SLCA products and to update traceability.
Developed user guides, training manuals and trained users.

• Ground operations on Falcon 20, TBM700 and A319CJ during shift (2x48h + 1x72h shifts per week).
