Behavioural style recruiting and corporate high volume recruitment of Flight Attendants locally and internationally for Emirates Airlines from Start to end with final recommendations to the Director of Human Resources.
Facilitating assessment centres in various ways and methods as part of the recruitment process. Administering Psychometric profile pf16 questionnaire to candidates - reviewing psychologists' comments, a specific focus behavioural interviewing to write final feedback reports on candidates.
Successfully recruited around 400 cabin crew members. Delivering information and orientation lectures/discussion sessions for new candidates.
