At CoxGomyl, we cover all aspects of building façade access and we specialise in the design, manufacture, installation and servicing of Building Maintenance Units (widely known as BMUs or Gondolas in Europe & Asia, and Cradles, Scaffolds or Platforms in North America).

MY POSITION :
2006: Ensure technology transfer from France headquarters, regarding manufacturing and design.
Deployment of factory: Factory implementation, purchase of machining equipment, tools, manufacturing methods set-up.
Training of workers for product assembly and final quality control.
2007-now: Responsible of Design office and Production.
Ensure Upgrade to Industrial-stage production:
Implementation of ISO9001:2000 process. (Certified in March 2008)
“ERP” system deployment (based on Excel spreadsheets)
Design Office Management (3 engineers) :
Lead design of ‘standard’ and custom-tailored equipment, including mechanical and electrical systems, complying with European or Chinese standards.
Project Management, establish specifications with customer, quotation and technical solution draft, design planning, sample manufacturing follow-up, validation tests.
Production Management : Achieve cost, time and quality objectives.
Purchase Manager: Suppliers selection and visits. QC follow-up.
Manufacturing Process validation, QC methods validation, Production planning management, Manufacturing costs establishment and analysis.
