    Laurence is a Chartered Professional Engineer and RPEQ (Chemical College) with nearly ten years of professional experience within multiple industries (energy,construction and mineral processing industries). She has developed leadership skills and technical expertise in process & chemical engineering, commissioning, operations engineering, process safety engineering, safety and environmental management systems. Laurence has recently been involved in the commissioning of two major nickel metallurgical projects (hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgical process plants) and she is now working for Operations on conventional and non conventional gas processing facilities in Australia.
