    Summary

    Mr. Oblin has over twenty five years in Software and Systems development experience in military applications. He has a broad range of experience concentrated on System Design for the Collins Class Submarine Legacy and Replacement Combat System (RCS), the Australian Air Warfare Destroyer (AWD) and the Joint Support Ship (JSS) for Canada. On Systems Engineering, he designed Functional and Physical Architectures as well as Requirements traceability between Detailed Operational Requirements (DOR) and the Mission System and the Integrated Test and Training Facilities (ITTF) for the Collins Class Replacement Combat System (RCS). He has been leading the procurement of the Combat System Subsystems for the AWD CS Through Life Support Facility (CSTLSF). He was also the Point of Contact for Raytheon Australia, for all Sonar issues and queries. He has been the Engineering Manager & Integration, Verification and Validation Lead for a Defence Deployable Air Traffic Management Control System for the Royal Australian Air Force (AIR5431 Phase 1). From May 2015 to January 2017, he is the DCNS Australia Combat System Manager for the Future Submarine Program (SEA 1000) Competitive Evaluation Process. Since September 2017, he is the Combat System Simulators Delivery Manager at DXC Technology making sure that the CS Simulators upgrade, update and upkeep are delivered on time and budget to the Commonwealth of Australia.
